CU-24 is the free 24 hour audio response system available to members. Members can access their accounts and verify balances and deposits, make transfers between share and loan accounts within the same account number, and balance checking accounts by verifying checks cleared on the account. Members can even request checks to be mailed to their home address. Access to this great free service only requires a short application and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) selected by the member. The phone number to access CU-24 is toll free 1-888-454-9210.
