Credit Life & Disability insurance is available on all consumer loans except VISA accounts and real estate loans. (Credit life is available on mortgage loans up to $30,000.00). This protection provides peace of mind for families that might suffer either a death in the family or a loss of income as a result of a disability incurred after the loan is disbursed. Credit life coverage pays off the existing balance on the loan, and disability coverage makes the regular payments on the loan during the disability period. The rates for the coverages are reasonable given the protection provided.
